Through hands-on support, mentorship, and active participation in our programs, BRidge Builders help connect people with opportunities, provide guidance, and foster lasting change in our neighborhoods. They embody our mission to Serve, Empower, and Advocate, building stronger communities one relationship at a time.

Founder & Executive Director
Nicole D. Scott
Nicole is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and the eldest of 4 siblings. Nicole’s professional career has afforded her the humble opportunity to work closely with people from all walks of life. Nicole is most passionate about providing opportunities for others to advance in their purpose while developing their passion.
As the founder, Nicole leverages the relationships she has built over a period of twenty-two (22) years within the community and professional background to forge a collaborative effort that empowers, advocates for, and serves the residents of Baton Rouge, addressing the social drivers of crime.
Nicole is a leader of leaders with an immense passion for improving systems and people through service. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, along with numerous certifications in community development, non-profit leadership, and program management.
