Nicole is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the eldest of 4 siblings. Nicole’s professional career has afforded her the humble opportunity to work closely with people from all walks of life. Nicole is most passionate about providing opportunities for others to advance in their purpose while developing their passion. As the founder, Nicole links together the relationships she has built over a period of twenty-two (22) plus years within the community and professional background to forge a massive hand on collaborative effort to empower, advocate and serve the residents of the city of Baton Rouge while addressing the social drivers of crime. 

Nicole is a leader of leaders with an immense passion for improving systems and people through service. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration along with a plethora of certifications in community development, non profit leadership and program management.
